Statement of Inclusion

Last updated: 24th May 2024

The following Statement of Inclusion accompanies the Code of Conduct, to guide all parties involved with the project in ensuring a safe and inclusive environment that is conducive to learning for the widest possible range of people.

As a non-profit organisation providing educational opportunities free-of-charge, we aim to be as inclusive as possible, creating an environment that is conducive to growth for all parties involved in the program, and thereby in the Attractions industry as a whole.

We want to ensure that there is an accessible path to all roles within NextGen Showcase regardless of race, ethnicity, cultural identity, financial status/income level, religious affiliation, gender identity, sexuality, disability status or age (with the caveat that participants must be over 18 years of age).

We oppose and avoid all forms of unlawful discrimination, particularly against protected characteristics as outlined in the United Kingdom Equality Act 2010 (Available at: https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2010/15/contents).
