Jodi McLaughlin
Jodi joined WDI in 1987 as a Set Designer for Disneyland Resort, Paris and continued to lead Set Decorating efforts for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In 2005 Jodi transitioned to Producer and later Executive Portfolio Producer for Disneyland Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland, and since 2017 guides multiple teams driving the transformation of EPCOT. Her Epcot work includes Journey of Water Inspired by Moana, World Celebration (including Communicore Hall, Communicore Plaza and Gardens, Dreamers Point and Walt the Dreamer statue, Connections Café and Eatery, Creations Shop), Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, Spaceship Earth Exterior Lighting, Space 220 and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.
Benoît Spriet
Benoit worked for 12 years at Disneyland Paris, where he was involved in the opening of 2 parks: Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. In the entertainment division, he held the positions of project manager and director of entertainment production. He joined Compagnie des Alpes in 2005, and since then has been involved in the biggest park development projects and new attractions for the CDA group (such as Oziris at Parc Astérix, rebranding of Walibi parks, etc.), as well as all CDA Management projects abroad, such as the new Sindibad park in Morocco (Casablanca) and the VDNH urban theme park (Moscow). Benoit also managed the design and master plan for the new Jardin d'Acclimatation (Paris) and is currently responsible for the artistic supervision of the sets and the implementation of the entire program. Benoit is an expert in Master Planning and programming the content of the customer offer and knows how to work under the constraints of operational imperatives.

With a track record that includes stints at renowned companies like EllisDon, Thinkwell, Cinnabar California, and On Track Themes, Amber has honed her expertise in bringing ideas to life, from the initial blue sky concept to successful project delivery. She thrives on the challenges and opportunities that arise during the design and execution phases, ensuring that every project tells a compelling story that leaves a lasting impact.
Chris Lange
Chris is the founder and creative force behind Creative Studio Berlin. As an award-winning Creative Executive, Chris has been part of the themed entertainment industry for twenty-plus years. As the former Creative Executive at Europa-Park, Chris introduced a new era of storytelling and show quality to the park. Chris was responsible for all new stories, designs, and implementation of over 40 projects, including the highly themed "Rulantica" water park and "Kronasar" hotel. Chris has also worked internationally on projects like 20th Century Fox World Malaysia, Adlab‘s Imagica Mumbai, LEGOLAND California, and midway brands such as SEA-LIFE, the Dungeons, and LEGOLAND Discovery Center.
Jean-Marc Bled
Jean-Marc has more than 25 years of experience in the leisure and entertainment industry. He spent 3 years in Saudi Arabia, crafting the Entertainment and Culture startegy for NEOM as Executive Director. Prior to this, he was General Manager - Leisure & Entertainment at Meraas, responsible for the development and management of several innovative venues, including Hub Zero, The Green Planet and Mattel Play!Town. He was in charge of overseeing business operations for KidZania and the Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park, which houses the Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and The Little Big Club. Previously, he held senior positions with Disneyland Resort Paris during a 9 years tenure.
